Getting started on some new works.. Here are a few snapshots of several new paintings of trumpeter swans that I’m starting to rough in with sepia watercolor.

I was lucky to be able to spend quite a bit of time studying these birds at the edge of their marsh in Western Wyoming.  I’m looking forward to the color phase of these and painting in the atmosphere.
