This is another work in progress for the Fall show in NC, an 8″ x 10″. I saw this beautiful egret in Florida several years ago while spending the day at a rookery. So many of these birds building nests, courting, guarding eggs, and some already raising fluffy little ones. All of the birding activity was fascinating and inspiring.
